arMHAzena® WMS cloud – SaaS arMHAzena® WMS operates entirely on a cloud platform in its Full and Box versions. In this service modality, the one that MHA has been offering the most in the market since 2006, all you need is a secure Internet connection, and that’s it: you can now have access to all the benefits that the arMHAzena® tool can provide. The cloud modality of arMHAzena® is the result of many hours of investment by MHA in making its 100% web product. With its vision of the future, MHA already 2006 bet on what we now call cloud computing and was a pioneer in the area. To date, we are one of the few companies to offer this type of service in Brazil’s inventory management.
But after all, what is a cloud application?
In a cloud application, or, as it is also commonly said, “in the cloud,” data is stored and processed on physical or virtual servers and made available to you over the Internet. You can host practically anything on a cloud platform: different systems (such as ERP, CRM, Salesforce, and WMS, for example), photos, files… In addition to hosting, the cloud platform also offers the possibility of interconnecting stored systems, facilitating the obtaining and exchanging of data in a simple and fast way.
What changes in a cloud application like arMHAzena®?
Basically, the cloud modality in which the arMHAzena® product is significantly offered increases the availability of data access, with the same security and performance as an application installed internally (on-premise).
Is it safe to use the cloud application over the Internet?
Yes, it’s very safe. The arMHAzena® platform only uses the best communication encryption, and access to the system is via security keys, which guarantees the security of data and communication between the application and the user.
Does the user of a cloud application have the right to the data generated and stored within the application?
You can rest assured that MHA guarantees the confidentiality of all information and data you store within arMHAzena®. This guarantee, by the way, is standard in this type of software service. In other words, the data is yours and continues to be so even after the end of the contract, when it is entirely made available to you by MHA Sistemas.
Why use the cloud application instead of the application installed within the company itself?
The main advantage of using a cloud product like arMHAzena® is the enormous expansion of data access availability that this version offers you. But the benefits don’t stop there, that’s for sure. Using arMHAzena® in the cloud, you save on software licenses and on the purchase of the product itself, for example. Also, you don’t have to worry about hardware upgrades and maintenance. And finally, let’s remember that acquiring a product in the form of a service, such as arMHAzena®, allows you to interrupt the contract with the company at any time if you deem it necessary or convenient.
Is it possible to work with a cloud application without a public network?
Yes, creating a private and secure network where you have complete control over application access is possible. For this, MHA uses the concept of a Virtual Private Network (VPN). And finally, let’s talk a little about hosting. MHA operates with the most significant data centers on the planet, offering hosting, management, maintenance, and application support at excellent prices. Our contracts, signed for a minimum of six months, guarantee full availability – seven days a week, 24 hours a day – with the redundancy of disk recording, storage, remote support, and service through support channels and in person.
Is it possible to integrate arMHAzena® with other systems such as ERP, MRP, and e-commerce sites even though the platform is in the cloud?
Yes, it is possible. The arMHAzena® platform has an interface module with API management that follows an API standard for each system process. The interface documentation is made available in an implementation so that other systems can quickly connect to the arMHAzena® APIs. There is also in the interface module the configuration of web service or loading files of different formats, in addition to interfaces already structured in a standard way for the ERP on the market, such as SAP, ToTvs, Oracle, IFS, and other ERPs.
