arMHAzena® Box is MHA’s WMS, adapted and prepared to manage a simple and optimized logistics process, having all the characteristics to adjust exactly to your business.
arMHAzena® Box is a reduced version of the arMHAzena® Full product, both developed and maintained by MHA. arMHAzena® Box is aimed at small to medium-sized operations that need a safe and functional tool for inventory management without, however, having a lot of financial resources for its acquisition and implementation.
arMHAzena® Box, initially designed to cater only to the market in English or Spanish-speaking American countries, from 2017 onwards also began to be distributed by MHA in Brazil in a version translated into Portuguese.

Marketed only in the SaaS modality, in the form of rent, the arMHAzena® Box was designed to be used and implemented as a service. The cost of the arMHAzena® Box is more accessible, which makes it the ideal logistics solution for those who want to have a powerful tool in their inventory management, but save money on the acquisition of licenses, servers, or operating infrastructure.
The services are released within two days of acquisition, and the tool’s operation within the warehouse is available within a week after the entries and access rules are loaded.
The difference between both versions of the product is that the arMHAzena® Box offers fewer configuration and parameterization resources, eliminating everything that would be unnecessary in medium and small operations. Moreover, arMHAzena® Box covers all the functionalities of the Full version: entrance, scheduling, receipt, storage, picking, inventory, resupply, handling, conferences, shipping, management module with reports, queries, and BI.
In all these resources, however, the arMHAzena® Box operates with a single configuration of parameterization/configuration of the logistical rules from receipt to shipment. Particularities of great specialty, which require new parameterizations, cannot be met in this product version.

The low cost of smartphones compared to professional collectors is directly reflected in the installation cost of the operation and makes it possible to automate your storage process. In addition, smartphones can also use RFID technology and voice equipment in picking.
